Garrett's Games 188 - Hansa Teutonica, Vasco da Gama

More Essen games to discuss, and this week it's two winners!  Shelley and I brought Hansa Teutonica and Vasco da Gama to the table, trying them out in 2-player mode, and enjoyed them both quite a bit.  Check out our commentary and review and join in on our contest - this is the last week!

For those of you here in the US, Happy Thanksgiving.

And a special thanks to Pontus for his strong recommendation on Hansa Teutonica and for helping me obtain a copy of Vasco da Gama after I foolishly did not get one at Essen.

Enjoy the show.

Nice podcast. 'Hansa Teutonica' did not explain well, at least for me, but 'Vasco de Gama' is now high on my wishlist (you listening, secret santa?)

    John,
I hope by "did not explain well" you mean that it wasn't something you are interested in and not that we didn't explain the game well.

Vasco da Gama is fantastic - you know that a game is good when you keep thinking about it after you've played it, and that's the case with me.
